Shipping and Refund policy
Shipping policy:
- You will be receiving an email at the time of order confirmation once payment is made.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with order tracking information.

- We will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeline given at the time of order confirmation.
- However, we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the delivery partner on account of factors beyond the control of Lovely Store.
- If your order cannot be delivered due to any force majeure events, we shall inform you of the situation by mail and get your consent for order cancellation. Once order cancellation has been accepted, a full refund shall be provided.
- Our delivery partners will reach you over a phone call or text message. Please ensure to communicate with our delivery partner to facilitate delivery of your order.
- Shipping Delivery time will be 3-4 Days.
Refund / Replacement policy:
- In the event of receiving a defective product, please share images of the defective product to support@lovelystore.in within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Our executive will reach out to you to review the issue.
- Once the evidence shared by you is accepted by our support team, we will request for your decision for a replacement or refund.
- If you choose to have your product replaced, we will do so at free of charge.
- If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund the total amount paid by you within 7 days.
- We do not accept returns for products in good condition.
- Please ensure that all content provided to us for a personalized product is correct as we cannot cancel / modify once an order for a personalized product is placed.
- We are not responsible for customer generated errors or mistakes which includes spelling , content, order quantity and delivery address. We request you to review your order details carefully before making the payment.
- Please be noted that the product color will vary from monitor to monitor when compared with the physical product, we do not accept returns for such color variations.
